Produced by Coki Productions (Fray Forde and Catherine Dee Holly), Love Biscuits is a quarter-hour, absurdist comedy unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. Think The Eric Andre Show had a love child with 70s classic The Dating Game. Your host is Randy Mandale (Tevin “Mandal” Williams), a romance guru and certified ordained minister with a 70’s vibe. By his side is The Romance Band, a one-man band with a collection of instruments he doesn’t know how to play. With the help of a live studio audience as well as a series of questions, challenges, and left-field antics, Randy helps one lucky lover find The Jam to spread across their Love Biscuit.
This will be a comedic parody of dating shows. Everything will be planned ahead of time but we are looking for people who are willing to work with the spontaneity of the show. The “Biscuit” is the bachelorette who the contestants, “The Jams”, will be competing to win a date with though the outcome will be decided beforehand. If you’re willing to spend a day on set with us having fun with this weird, quirky project, please submit!
